Session length
This entitles you to a whole day at the health club. Opening times are from 9.30 am till 5.30 pm

Dress code
Dress comfortably and bring along swimwear, a tracksuit, trainers and slippers. Items such as towels and robes may be provided, depending on the health club. Details will be supplied upon booking.

Availability
All of the health club are open throughout the year, subject to availability. This experience is only available on weekdays, you may pay a fee and upgrade to a weekend date.
