CLIENT BRIEF:

The client's objective was to encourage loyalty with their existing clients by showcasing and proving a close encounter experience of their new 5 star hotel over-looking the harbour in Barcelona.
They wanted attendees to experience the hotel after their morning business session had finished. They wanted to highlight that guests do not just stay in their hotels, it is an experience!

GOLDEN MOMENTS SOLUTION:

Golden Moments set about bringing luxury and style together in an experience that would encourage attendees to soak up the cool Barcelona atmosphere.
We arranged for Ferraris, Porches and Aston Martins to transfer guests to our awaiting helicopter to provide a unique view of the hotel and Barcelona. Back on the hotel terrace, exquisite chocolate, champagne and fine foods tasting workshops encouraged networking. In addition cocktail making and shiatsu masseuse brought added luxury. All set to a Pasha DJ playing ambient tunes to create a for a vibrant atmosphere.

RESULTS:

The event attracted over 200 attendees including many leading travel organisers. Many guests even stayed until midnight enjoying the atmosphere and 'experiencing' the hotel.
