Vital Information

The Sunrise Yoga Walk in Central Park will combine a good brisk walk with stretching and basic yoga poses.

We strongly suggest you do not drive to the meeting location as parking is extremely difficult to find on the streets of NYC and parking lots in midtown are extremely expensive. The best options to reach our meeting spots on time are either taxi, bus, or subway. All of our meeting spots are easily accessible by mass transit.

Session Length

Your Sunrise Yoga Walk in Central Park will last approximately 90 minutes. Sometimes it may finish 5 or 10 minutes earlier or later, depending on the overall pace of the group.
