A fun hen night, during which you will discover the secrets of belly dancing. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn this trendy Oriental dance. You will receive valuable advice and demo from a professionnal and recognised teacher before impressing your friends and boyfriend at the next opportunity.

Vital Information

All fitness levels, weight, and age are welcome. Belly dancing is suitable for all.

Session length

This is a two hours lesson, which includes refreshments. Everyone will practice belly dancing with a shimmy belt during the lesson and the bride to be will receive a cd of the music used during the lesson. You won't forget what you have learned !

This is a hen night fun and you can be a group up to ten people.

Dress Code

We suggest wearing something that will allow you to move freely in order to take advantage from your experience.

It was performed by women - for women and was one way that the mothers of marriageable young men could get to know the eligible young women of the community. For Arabian women, the dance was considered to be sacred, and not intended to be seen by men at all.
