No previous sailing experience is required and non-swimmers are welcome. It is not suitable if you are pregnant, suffer from neck or back problems or are aged under 16 or over 80. Those aged under 18 are required to be accompanied by a responsible adult.The price shown includes insurance cover, but a supplement may be required. Details of this insurance will be given to you upon booking. If you already have adequate travel insurance, you should call us before paying so we can remove this from the package.
