How long does it take for vouchers to arrive?

The simple answer is – instantly! As soon as you make a purchase, we’ll email you your voucher with all the information you need, plus that all important voucher code. If you’ve chosen a physical voucher as well, this will be posted out to you the next working day, so the speed of delivery will depend on local postal services.

Can I be posted a physical voucher to give as a gift?

Of course! Any experience can be upgraded to include a physical voucher. As standard, we don’t include a physical voucher in the price in our attempt to be more eco-friendly and reduce not only the use of paper, but also all the emissions created from transporting your voucher to you. But you can certainly upgrade to include one – just let us know when you book and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do I need to take the experience before the expiry, or just book it?

You need to book it and take your experience before the expiry date.

What should I do if my voucher has expired?

In most cases, vouchers can be extended. Visit our Extend My Voucher page to find out how you do this.

Can I exchange my voucher for something else?

Of course! Think of your voucher code as credit to use on any Golden Moments experience, it doesn’t have to be the experience you, or someone else, ordered for you.

How can I become a supplier/partner?

How do I contact Customer Services?

If we're online, you can chat to us directly using Live Chat, or send us an email and it will be passed on to customer services.

Why are there two similar products listed with different prices?

We work with multiple suppliers in different locations and some may offer a similar experience for a slightly different price. Be sure to check the details as these may differ, such as the duration of the experience.

How can I request my personal information is removed from your systems?

Simply send us an email containing the details you would like removed and this will be done within 30 days.

How do I make a complaint?
