How do I book my experience?

Booking is easy! If you have a Golden Moments voucher number, simply find the experience you’d like to try on our website and use your voucher number to book. If you encounter any problems or have any questions, you can always get in touch.

Do I need to take the experience or just book by the expiry date?

You’ll need to book and take the experience before the expiry date.

What do I need to take to my experience?

Most of the time, you’ll only need to bring yourself. We’ll let you know in advance if you need to bring anything else along with you.

I’m having trouble booking, what shall I do?

I haven’t had confirmation that my experience is booked

You should have confirmation of your booking within 3-5 working days. If you haven’t heard anything after this time (and you’ve checked your spam or junk folder), please contact us.

What if I want to cancel my booking?

As long as your reason for cancelling is covered by the experience’s cancellation policy, you can contact the experience provider directly to cancel.
