Who’s address should I put when purchasing?

For the billing address, always put your own address. If you are also purchasing a physical gift voucher, this can either be sent to you so you can give it to the lucky recipient, or sent directly to your recipient. Just let us know which you’d prefer.

I work for a charity and have a request, who should I contact?

Please send us an email and we’ll be in touch. As you can imagine, we receive a lot of donation requests and we already have partners and charities we work with, but if your charity aligns with what we may be able to offer, please get in touch.

How do I contact you regarding sponsorship?

We receive a lot of sponsorship opportunities and unfortunately we can’t commit to them all. However please contact us and we’ll consider all applications

Your personal data is the single most important thing to us. We treat personal data very seriously and have rigorous means to ensure its safety. I’ve lost my e-voucher, can you send me another?

Absolutely. Simply get in touch via email or Live Chat and we’ll send another to you.

Why do I have to pay extra for a physical voucher?

We’re trying to make Golden Moments a carbon-negative company, meaning we not only cover the emissions produced by us, but we work to remove more carbon dioxide from the atmosphere than we produce. Physical vouchers require paper and that means cutting down trees. But there’s also all the CO2 produced in the transportation and logistics of turning wood into paper, shipping it to us, and then shipping it to you. It’s this CO2 from vans, boats, and planes that we’re trying to reduce. Of course, we understand there’s nothing quite like opening a voucher, which is why we offer it as an option!
