The week in Eaux-Vives is the ideal compromise, full board, housed in the heart of the sports complex. At the bottom of a canyon, on the crest of a wave or a mountain trail, a program tonic awaits you in a relaxed atmosphere. The typical day is broken down thus: a practical choice of activity in the morning, lunch, practice a choice of activity in the afternoon and evening relaxing dinner, sauna, swimming pool to recover from your efforts. For each session, an activity is to choose from: rafting, mini raft, hydro, frenzy, airboat, kayak, canoeing, caving, tree climbing.
It is essential to be able to swim 25 meters and be in good physical condition. The week in Eaux-Vives is available from 15 years, but parental permission is required for minors.
