The Experience
You will have instructions about technical and safety aspects and car handling from your instructor for your chance to take the wheel, straight in the hot seat! You will have 3 separate test sessions taking you through stages 1, 2 and 3 of the Rally craft from hand brake turns to controlled opposite-lock slides.
It's time to swap places and be your instructor's Co-Driver, a real finale! With a high speed demonstration run giving you a chance to experience and appreciate the thrill of a professional Rally Driver's skill. This North Yorkshire half a day experience is sure to make anyone fall in love with this "Golden Moments" gift!
Itinerary
- Warm welcome from your host. Meet the rest of the group, tea and coffee served
- Briefing on technical and safety aspects and car handling
- Three separate test sessions, taking through all three stages
- High speed demonstration run
- De-brief and presentation
- Signed Rally school certificate of achievement

The Weather
Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions, which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the centre if in any doubt.
Session Length
The course commences at 8.45am and concludes at approximately 12.30pm.
Numbers
You will be booked in with a maximum of 9 other people in your session. During the driving element, the group will be split into two teams of four/five drivers, who will share a car and an instructor.

Yes, spectators are welcome at a price of £15, lunch will is included
What To Wear
You would be advised to wear comfortable outdoor clothing, with snug fitting footwear, such as training shoes. A helmet will be provided, but if you have your own you are welcome to bring it along. Any other special clothing will be provided by the centre.
Availability
This location operates every Wednesday and Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Morning- and afternoon sessions available (starting 8.45am and 12.30pm).
