This Tandem skydive in Kent is an experience allowing you to parachute securely attached to one of our experienced instructors - some of them have over 10 years experience!
This experience will include a thorough welcome and safety briefing lasting about 30 minutes with the jump made from approximately 12,000 feet and includes a freefall of 30-40 seconds before your instructor opens the parachute.
You may be given an opportunity to steer the parachute, although the instructor remains in control at all times!
For safety reasons we cannot accept men over 14 and a half stone (92kgs) and women over 13 and a half stone (86kgs) fully clothed and, consequently, you may be weighed during registration. You must be at least 16 years of age. Under 18s require parental/guardian consent. All participants should sign a declaration of fitness. Anyone 40 years or over must have the declaration signed and stamped by their doctor. Forms will be provided on request. There is no upper age limit for tandem skydives.
Please note we can only jump in suitable weather conditions. The wind must be less than 20kts (24mph), cloud must not restrict the view of the landing area from the aircraft and visibility must be at least 5km, among others. If unsure, please contact the location prior to departing for your experience. If the weather does not allow the jump to take place on your booked date, you should rebook as soon as possible.
The training for the tandem jump is in the form of a briefing from your instructor which takes about half an hour. The whole experience from take off to landing is approximately 25 minutes. You will experience 40 seconds in freefall and you will have approximately 5 minutes under the parachute.
This voucher entitles one person to enjoy a Tandem Skydive. Your friends can come along but you can also book them in and share the experience with them! There will be up to 40 people on the day with you.
Spectators are welcome, but there are only limited facilities at the venue, including limited facilities for babies and young children. The parachute landing area is off limits to members of the public.
Please wear something comfortable and appropriate for the time of year. Training shoes are the best footwear. A jumpsuit, hat, gloves and goggles will be provided.
