6 Days Great Rift Valley Lakes & Masai Mara Safari in Kenya leads you through the Great Rift Valley Lakes Baringo, Bogoria and Nakuru to Kenya’s most celebrated Game Reserve – the Masai Mara.
Some of the most awe-inspiring views are offered by the rift valley escarpments which are also one of the world’s most famous Bird Sanctuaries. It is a real bird watcher’s heaven – but be aware, Great Rift Valley Lakes belong to the Malaria land – so please be prepared with tons of mosquito spray!

Lake Baringo is the most northerly of the Rift Valley Lakes and wild game like hippo, monitor lizard and crocodile are effortlessly seen from the shoreline.
At the third Day our 6 Days Great Rift Valley Lakes & Masai Mara Safari leads us to the Masai Mara where you will be given the opportunity to see a wide range of Africa’s wild animals!

Because of it’s open landscape Masai Mara is an ideal space to observe the beautiful and various wildlife Africa offers and you will also have the chance to see Africa’s “Big Five” – Elephants, buffaloes, rhinos as well as two of the four biggest cats of prey, lions and leopards, watching out for their next meal.

An impressive spectacle on our Camping Safari can be the great wildebeest migration during July and August. But Masai Mara offers great opportunities to watch game all year round!
On clear days you can also see stunning sunsets with all imaginable colours, as you see them at the most in Hollywood films!

Itinerary of the 6 Days Great Rift Valley Lakes & Masai Mara Safari
Day One:
- meeting point is 8:30a.m. in Nairobi
- drive through the floor of Great Rift Valley
- lunch along the way
- camp at Lake Baringo
- evening boat ride in search of hippo, crocodile and fish eagle

Day Two:
- drive to Lake Bogoria (hot springs and geysers)
- lunch at the lake
- game drive at Lake Nakuru
- night at campsite outside the town

Day Three:
- drive south to Narok
- camping in Talek riverside campsite (stand-up tents and wood cabins are available here)

Day Four and Five:
- game viewing either in the morning or evening
- opportunity of additional activities (Balloon trips etc.)

Day Six:
- possibility to buy Masai Souvenirs in Narok
- return to Nairobi in the late afternoon

Vital Information
Experience Hunters should be at least 7 years old. The price mentioned is per person. You will have to provide 240US Dollars extra for the entrance into the parks.

What To Wear
For the experience casual, light safari wear is required. Camping equipment will be provided.
