The Experience

For an once-in-a-lifetime experience, a tandem skydive is a Golden Moments experience unlikely to be forgotten!
The Tandem skydive is gift experience which allows you to parachute securely attached to an experienced instructor.
After a thorough briefing lasting about 30 minutes the jump is made from approximately 12,000 feet and includes a freefall of 30-40 seconds before your instructor opens the parachute.
Vital Information
The maximum weight limit for Tandems is 16 stone (clothed). The minimum age is 16. There is no upper age limit for this course. If you are 40 years of age or over, or you have suffered any health problems, you must obtain written approval from your Doctor.
The Weather
In case of extreme weather the skydive can be cancelled and rescheduled for another day. Please call the location on the day to check the weather.
Session Length
The training for the tandem jump is in the form of a briefing from your instructor which takes about half an hour. The whole experience from take off to landing is about 25 minutes. You will experience 40-50 seconds in freefall and you will have approximately 5 minutes under the parachute. Please allow the whole day for this experience.
Numbers
This voucher entitles one person for a Tandem Skydive. Your friends can come along but you can also book them in and share the experience with them!
Spectators
Spectators are able to come along and view the jump from the ground.
What To Wear
If it’s a cold day wrap up warm not bulky as you will be provided with a jumpsuit to wear over your clothes. On a hot day a t-shirt and trousers/shorts are ample. Trainers are recommended, do not wear any open toed shoes or sandals.
Availability
Parachuting is normally programmed, weather permitting, from 0830hrs Saturday, Sunday, and during British Summer Time on Bank Holiday Mondays from 0830hrs & on Wednesdays & Fridays from 1300hrs. Anyway you must arrange in advance with our offices.
